Geography

Laurie is located along the southern border of Morgan County and a small portion extends south into Camden County. The city is on Missouri Route 5 and is approximately two miles north of the Lake of the Ozarks. Sunrise Beach is about three miles to the southeast and Gravois Mills is about seven miles to the north.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.50 square miles (14.24 km), all land.
