City of Worthington Hills is located in northeastern Jefferson County at 38°18′41″N 85°31′39″W / 38.31139°N 85.52750°W / 38.31139; -85.52750 (38.311389, -85.527500). It is bordered to the north and east by Coldstream and otherwise by consolidated Louisville/Jefferson County. Downtown Louisville is 15 miles (24 km) to the southwest.
