Pleak is south of the center of Fort Bend County, at 29°29’3″ North, 95°48’36” West (29.484144, –95.810087). From Pleak, Texas Highway 36 leads 4.5 miles (7.2 km) north to the center of Rosenberg and 8 miles (13 km) south to Needville.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Pleak has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.1 km), of which 0.035 square miles (0.09 km), or 1.86%, is water.
